Yesterday, I was unloading groceries from the car. (Janie is absolutely no help!!) I had a bag of leftovers from Backyard Burger in the car, and someone REFUSED to get out of the car. You would have thought the infiniti was made of juicy hamburgers.... I finally coaxed her out by shaking the empty bag... I know, so bad to trick your dog!!!
Do Dah Day 2008. 16,000 people, dogs, cats, snakes, and even a goat on a leash!! We were, of course, the cutest gals there. Well, mainly I think the comments were for Janie. This a huge dog festival with music, food, tons of vendors selling doggy items to suckers like me!! Yes, I did purchase doggy yogurt, which left me with no cash for dippin' dots... my fav!!!
Thursday night I have Janie her first bath. Let me preface this by saying that Sadie spoiled me dogwise. I would just say "get in the tub, sadie", and she would hop right in. I tried this approach with Janie. Cut to me pushing a 70 pound dog across the bathroom floor, whilst being growled at sweetly, and shoving her into the tub. She was fine once I got her in the tub!! This is her curly furred self post-bath!!
