mommy woke me up!
Hi! It's me, Janie the airedale. Mommy told me about the other puppies who got to blog, so I was kinda feelin' left out. I type surprisingly well considering I lack opposible thumbs and any sort of formal education. I had to go to the vet today b/c I have had an allergic reaction to something. Mommy thinks I picked it up at grandmama's house. They do have all those great woods to run through. She told grandmama that she owe's her $125. I don't know what mommy's complaining about; I am the one who had to get a shot. That's not even the worse part. That girl at the vet's office weighed me, and the next thing I know, I am on a diet, whatever that is. I heard my mom talking about fat-free treats... no thank you.... keep my peanut butter coming! If I don't lose some weight, they are going to have to check my thyroid. Maybe mommy and I can just go on more walks and everything will be fine! I know she misses Sadie a lot, but I am so glad she saved me and loves me so much. I think that Sadie must have been a good dog and broke mommy in on raising us airedale girls! Oh, well... I just wanted to say hi and let yall see what I have been up to this week.....
