This is Wendy and me on the beach. We were able to sneak in a little fun in the sun! The only downside was that it was the height of spring break in panama city beach! thousands of college kids livin' it up!! we learned a few new tricks and tips about ways to hide your beer/keg in the sand... thank you, twenty-something college kids, for all your helpful advice!!!
We ate at the MOST fabulous restaurant ever!!!! Cafe 30A in Seagrove Beach is insanely delicious! We had the best meal of our lives! This is one of our desserts..... banana beignets.... DIVINE!! with homemade macademia nut icecream...oh, and maybe coffee with bailey's to wash it down....we also had creme brulee......
Wendy had lobster tails with truffled, three cheese mac and cheese, and asparagus... (below)... I had the filet mignon, which was a little bit of heaven on earth!! Also, their peach mojito is deeee-licious!!
This is our most wonderful waiter, Scott! All of his suggestions were dead on and perfect!!! He was great!!
Janie is spending the week with her grandmama and has been helping with the chickens today. Her grandmama says she is beyond filthy.....so, she's getting groomed and bathed VERY soon!!!Love,
