Next, mom and I ran some errands. Mom went to Ulta for some new nail polish. They don't take kindly to four-legged shoppers, so mom left me in the car. (it was a very cool day and all the windows were down). I decided that I would have the rest of her coffee since I was the one who got left in the car...... when mom came out, she thought that I had performed somekind of magic and that her coffee disappeared.....see....only the sleeve......
Oh, no! I just slyly moved the cup to the backseat, so I could lie down and have a cup of joe...... (or so mom imagines!) Mom says that perhaps I do have magical powers b/c the top was not removed, yet all the coffee was gone and none was spilled anywhere. Duh, I just used my paws and drank it like she does!! silly mama
Then, we went to the drive thru and Schlotzky's for mama some din-din...... I just always insist on being a polite 'dale and greeting the drive-thru people....
To reward me for all my schol"aire"ly help, I got to do a little shopping at Petco! Hmmmm....what's wrong with these treats?? What! I'm on the cat isle??? The horror!!!!
I love the treat bar! I got lots of yummy "cookies"!! Also, the cashier thought I was some sort of celebrity b/c mama was taking so many pictures......hehehe
Why is it that humans certainly don't mind pointing out that "my, she doesn't miss a meal does she??" how rude! I am still working on getting off my winter weight!!! I was just a good little 'dale and batted my eyelashes and let the rude lady pet me anyway! Hmpf!!All and all a wonderful afternoon!!! I'm off to help mama write a paper. I swear, my work is never done!!
