Janie kindly let me post today about my cakepops. I love Bakerella's website, and I think she would be proud of my cheesecake and chocolate cake cakepops!
I attempted to make these a few months ago, but they didn't turn out nearly as well as these. Half were filled with cheesecake and half were a delicious chocolate layer cake with yummy icing. Both recipes are from Bakerella's site.
cheesecake cake pops! scoops of cheesecake formed into balls, rolled in graham crackers, and dipped in chocolate! Mmmmm!
I took these to a work party, and they were a hit! Janie also enjoyed "helping" me in the kitchen, and by help, I mean eating bites of cheesecake that didn't make the cut!
I will definitely be making more of these!!
